What is DHL delivery cost ? $25.

25 USD = 97 PLN

Total: 85 PLN + 97 PLN = 182 PLN

What is size of import tax ask Polish Government ? 23%

182 PLN x 23% = 41.86 PLN  - this is real import tax must to be paid for this parcel.

How many money ask DHL from importer ? Look the next screenshot:

DHL say that import tax = PLN 281.17

If 41.86 PLN = 100%
PLN 281.17 = x%

x = 281.17 * 100 / 41.86 = 672%

By other words DHL offer for us to pay import tax which consist of 672% of normal government import tax !!! Crooks !!!

Pure income as tax of polish government is 41.86 PLN

Income of DHL in this case consist of 281.17 PLN - 41.86 PLN = 239.31 PLN

If income of Polsh Government (41.86 PLN) consist of 100%
Income of DHL (239.31 PLN) = x%

x = 239.31 x 100 /41.86 = 571.69%

By other words DHL obtain from parcel approx. 6 times more income than polish government !!!

Let's calculate real income from parcel delivery.

Money obtained from Sender of parcel = $25.
Money obtained from Beneficiary of parcel = 239.31 PLN = $ 61.84
REAL PRICE OF PARCEL DELIVERY IS $25+$ 61.84 = $86.84

They never clime that beneficiary will pay also twice more than Sender. You also will know later what expect of parcel beneficiary if he refuse pay this huge 571%.

EXAMPLE 2

Let's look at another example. This parcel was shipped from the same country and to the same recipient. It also cost US $ 22 and had the same contents and the same weight. Maybe DHL and its specialists are illiterate at all and do not know how to calculate the amount of import duty to be paid to the state?

There are 43 PLN in total. The amount with difference of one Polish zloty coincides with the one that was calculated by us for the parcel number 2731968190. So they are able to correctly calculate the import tax in the company DHL if they want. They know how to do it right.

But look at how long the parcel was delivered.

Just five days and the parcel was already delivered from Hong Kong to the recipient's door in Warsaw. Is it possible to call DHL a fraud in this delivery? Of course not. We estimate that about 30% of parcels are delivered on time and taxes are calculated correctly. But this is only a third of the total turnover. And if a customer suddenly complains and expresses dissatisfaction with him and will show this one third of satisfied customers, who also received the correct tax and delivery happened quickly and the customs procedure was parceled in half a day and not in half a month. But on such deliveries DHL earns only 25 US dollars, which clearly does not meet the appetite of the company and for real earnings it is necessary to select two thirds of clients according to our statistics.

Thus, as we can see, some clients are served according to the prices declared by the company and these clients serve as a kind of cover, a kind of lightning rod for fraudulently wiping out the rest of consumers.

EXAMPLE  3

Below you see the confirmation of the client paying the amount, which the DHL company also unlawfully demanded, calling this amount a necessary tax, which is supposedly provided by the state, thereby inducing the client to fulfill his duty to pay the state, and in fact secretly and secretly increasing this the amount is almost three times. Instead of charging the customer 41.86 PLN for an import tax, as the DHL did in the second example, she charged 124.87 PLN for the third case.

That is, under the same conditions of delivery, with the same weight of the parcel and with all the same other parameters, within the same law of the same state DHL fraud can charge you and 41.86 Polish zloty (100% tax imposed by the Polish state)[example 2], 124.87 Polish zloty ( 298.3% of state tax)[example 3], 281.17 PLN (672% of state tax)[example 1]. And all these sums he will slip on your invoices as if your obligation to pay the tax to the state. And if you suspect fraud and resist, then you have a well-planned system of psychological pressure and moral torture both on the part of the DHL and with the involvement of others who will be directed against you after their planned misinformation by posting on the DHL web site knowingly false information and half-truth.
